Alexandra spent eight years as a United States Air Force officer working in acquisition, systems engineering, program management, and cybersecurity test and evaluation. That means she was not selling to the government, she was part of the government deciding who won. She founded Avechos to put that view of the buying side to work for companies on the selling side, in whatever industry they happen to be in. She lives in the Dayton, Ohio area with her family.
Bonnie leads the Avechos grant writing practice, with a focus on K-12 school districts. She is an accountable leader with extensive experience building and enabling teams to execute at a high level, and is recognized by cross-functional partners for her leadership and for communicating clearly enough to bring an idea to life on paper. That is the core of competitive grant work, turning what a district already knows it needs into an application a reviewer can score. She is a long time resident of Naperville, Illinois.
